World's Best Maggi.. - Here is the receipe
Friday, May 16, 2008
Most of us have felt the clock ticking and we running behind it - to finish as much as possible as office hours close.. to write as much as you can when the exam hour reaches seconds.. to meet as many people as u can in diwali season etc etc..
But some of these days.. I feel the time is stuck! Ya believe me, its not a good feeling.. And one of such times led me to making the perfect maggi dish!!
Check out the receipe below..
PREP TIME - 5 mins, COOK TIME - 10 mins (ya, and you thought its a 2 minutes dish!)
INGREDIENTS -
Maggi - 1 small pack
Oil - 1 small spoon
Tomato - 1
Green chilly - 1
Ginger - few chopped pieces
DIRECTIONS -
Heat oil in a pan. Add finely cut green chillies and chopped ginger. After 1 min, add finely cut tomato and saute it. Now add 3/4th cup of water. Add maggi tastemaker after 1 min. Once the tastemaker is completely dissolved in water, add the noondles. Cook for 3-4 mins and.. tada...its ready!
Egg lovers can add slices of boiled eggs - adds to both serving and eating pleasure!!
So people let me know how it tastes!!

This is a good idea, thanks. I'm going to try it next time I'm running short on time.
